If you are interested in staying on point and on track thru the summer and need a little support, a friend or two and some motivation, this is the program for you.
  • Four Weekly Classes and sixty Minutes of Sweat and Fun
  • Bring your energy, mat and towel (for ground work)
  • Bring water for refreshment
  • Wear comfortable, cool clothing
  • Wear running shoes

If you don't think you can handle the fun, take a look at the gallery of all the past participants. All ages, all sizes and all fitness levels can (and have) participated.

All sessions take place in Braddock Park, adjacent to the lake.  MeetUp is at the top of the RoundAbout (facing the lake). All equipment provided by the instructor, except you will need to bring your own mat, towel and water.

Summer Fitness Tools

stainlesssteelwaterbottle.pngFound a couple of great environmentally safe cardio tools that may make a difference in your workouts this summer.

The first one is a Stainless Steel Water Bottle with e a perfect locking mechanism which may sound complicated here, but is a cinch to open. It has suction for both the air pocket and mouthpiece; followed by a lid that snaps closed over the top and a safety clip that locks the lid shut!
