A NEW mid-week chance to fire on all cylinders! 
Pilates Mat for 20 minutes followed by a Suspension Training workout that will surely keep you dripping, burning and core-centered.
Other tools may be used, at the discretion of the instructor for a full, body and mind workout.

- Shared 60 Minute Session Hour
Men and Women are invited to join the group.
- Class is offered weekly on Wednesday evening exclusively as a Fitness program at the Omega Development Center.
- Use your own body weight, core abdominals and a few bands and balls to burn fat and calories, this class will carve out a whole new you. It will make you sweat and forget the time while you build strength and muscle tone.
