Strength with Weights (Mon 7:30P)

Picture_30Summer is close and some of us want to get a jump start on training or just adding an additional supervised, coaching session to your regular training regimen.  Here is a way to get ready for the outdoors by training inside with a small group.

Renew your focus with this hour and keep your strength training workout going with a little bit extra (hell! a lot extra) added.

10-Session Package

  • Renewal of Strength Training Class with Gina Jackson; great class for strength, tone and weight loss now using Weights, Equipment, TRX Suspension Straps, Bosu Trainer, Stability Balls and you!
  • Session is offered weekly on Monday evening at the Galaxy Spa and LIMITED SLOTS Available!
  • Use your own body weight, core abdominals and a few bands and balls to burn fat and calories, this class will carve out a whole new you. It will make you sweat and forget the time while you build strength and muscle tone.
