New Pilates Mat Class offers begin January 9, 2010.

The Winter 2010 New Year continues with Saturday Morning Pilates Mat along Boulevard East and the NJ Hudson GoldCoast. Residents can enjoy the same same quality classwork many have experienced for the past eight years in a new bright, clean facility in Guttenberg, NJ.

Expanding on the success of the “Coffee, Eggs and Pilates Mat” held for the past two years in collaboration with John Sikolas, Green Kitchen Restaurant, Guttenberg, NJ, Pilates Mat classes will now be offered at the Omega Development Center, 6908 Park Avenue, Guttenberg, NJ and followed by an optional breakfast at the Green Kitchen Restaurant.

Still for a great, affordable price for the whole program! Now all can enjoy a Pilates Class and walk one block to the Green Kitchen for the healthy breakfast following the class.
